Our Annual Leadership Symposium and Early Childhood Conference will once again be held at the Hawaii Convention Center on October 9th - 10th, 2009. Connect with other early childhood and pre-K-to-grade-3 educators from across the State to network and discuss cutting-edge research and teaching strategies. Registration fees includes entrance to workshops, presentations, exhibit hall and lunch. The deadline to register via mail or fax is October 2nd. Onsite registration will be available at the regular rate with no guarantee of lunch. Fees are nonrefundable after October 7th. A $15.00 processing fee will be deducted and refunds will be mailed after the conference. Request for refund must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be made after October 7th for any reason. Substitutions will be allowed. Purchase orders accepted.
Scholarships available to neighbor island participants and participants from rural Oahu that service Native Hawaiian children. Please submit your registration form with payment and we wil contact you regarding your request for a scholarship.
Note: If you plan to register on-site there will not be a guarantee of lunch.
Presenter Signatures
Please DO NOT ask presenters to sign work forms-Your certificate of Attendance will serve as verification of participation.
Certificate of Attendance
You will receive a certificate of attendance at the completion of each workshop. You will not receive a final Certificate.
Length of Sessions
Sessions will be at least 1.5 hours in length to maximize learning.
Morning Refreshments
Coffee and Tea will be served from 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Feel free to bring your own snacks!
Name Tags
Your nametag must be worn at all times for admission to the workshops.
Lunch
Lunch will be served from 11:40 AM - 12:40 PM, on both Friday and Saturday, during which time you will be able to eat, network with colleagues, and relax. There will be no sessions offered during lunch. You may eat in any of the rooms.
Parking
There is a $5.00 parking fee per day.
