2008 Leadership Symposium and Hawaii Early Childhood Conference is the largest gathering of early childhood educators in the State, and a unique opportunity to reach out to leading teachers and directors of programs for children from birth through third grade.
Over 4000 people attended the 2007 Leadership Symposium and Hawaii Early Childhood Conference, and this year should be the early childhood education event of the year! It’s a great place to showcase your materials, services, and ideas, through exhibits, advertisements in the Final Program, and sponsorship opportunities.
There are millions of children in early education programs—from preschool and child care to the early elementary grades. If you're interested in connecting with the teachers and directors of those programs, this conference is the place to be in the fall of 2008!
We invite you to exhibit your products and information at our 2008 Leadership Symposium on Friday, October 3rd and the Hawaii Early Childhood Conference on Saturday, October 4th at the Hawaii Convention Center.
General Info
Each exhibitor will receive one (1) 30 inches x 8 ft table and 2 chairs. The set-up time for exhibitors will be on Friday, October 3rd beginning at 7:00 AM. The exhibit hall will be open to the public starting at 7:30 AM on October 3rd & 4th and will be closed during the Opening Session and Keynote Speech on both days. The cost to exhibit is $150.00 per day or $250.00 for both days.
*Nonprofit Organizations will be waived the exhibit fee.
Advertising
Attract more customers by placing an advertisement in our Conference Program. The rates for advertisements are:
Full Page AD - $200.00
Half Page AD - $100.00
Fourth Page AD - $75.00
Business Card AD - $50.00
